Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
